Carbohydrate Intake


For maximising the amount of fat your body metabolises after each HYPOXI session, avoid food for the first two hours and consume only protein foods for a further two to four hours. Otherwise, you will not be able to adequately burn the fat deposits from your stubborn areas. Eating carbohydrates late in the evening will not get burned but stored. Not Exercising

Regardless of the diet you follow, you must exercise. If you are only restricting your food intake, your metabolism will slow down. Whenever you cut down the calories, you are losing a little bit of muscle along with fat. Muscle is one of the keys to stoking metabolism and muscle loss often counteracts weight loss effort. However, it is better to exercise on non-HYPOXI days for best result.

Not Getting Adequate Sleep


You will not be able to get best results if you are not getting at least 8 hours sleep. Not having adequate sleep can reduce the benefits of HYPOXI. Being short on sleep affects the weight. If you do not sleep, your body will cook the perfect recipe for weight gain by secreting fat-storing hormones like cortisol. Moreover, if you are not getting enough sleep, you might be tempted to have a bigger cup of coffee or skip exercise altogether.

Rewarding Yourself with Food
